Why not take a tour of our incredible distillery-one of the few places in Wales that you can experience the entire distillation process from grain to glass. At the distillery you will learn how we distil our hand crafted spirits, and discover the secrets behind the botanicals we use to make proper Welsh spirits. See and smell the processes in action, how we make Welsh rum right here in Wales.
Wales Biggest Craft Distillery
The Distillery is Wales biggest craft distillery, this means we are not just a rum distillery but are able to make more than one spirit, from whisky, rum, gin, vodka and brandy. All made right here and it's known as "from grain to glass" a first for Wales.
Come and join us at our distillery in Llanddarog for one of our award-winning Tour & Tastings! The tour begins with a short video which highlights our Coles Distillery story and traditional production methods. Shortly after, we’ll take you around the distillery’s production areas and warehouses whilst giving you a detailed account of how we craft our award-winning spirits, where you’ll be able to see (and smell!) the processes in action. At the end of the tour, you can make yourself at home in our tasting room to sample our range of spirits.

More than just a distillery
The distillery is part of the ancient White Hart Inn which dates back to 1371, full of ancient oak beamed ceilings, a traditional log fire to give you a nice warm Welsh welcome, also a beer garden and patio for those sunny days.

The tour goes around the whole distillery site and contains approximately 45 minutes of walking and standing. . If you have any queries about accessibility, please give the tours team a call on 01267 275395. We ask visitors to drink responsibly.
